FAQ
have any questions for us?
How long does each game last?
Our standard escape room experiences, such as “The Forgotten Asylum” and “The Pharaoh’s Curse,” are precisely 60 minutes long. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for a brief introduction and safety briefing from your Game Master. The clock starts promptly at your reservation time!
how many players can join a room?
For optimal teamwork and enjoyment, we recommend a team size of 4 to 8 players for most of our physical escape rooms. This ensures everyone has a role to play. Some online or digital games may accommodate more or fewer players; please check the specific game description before booking.
are the escape rooms scary?
The intensity varies by room! Rooms like “The Pharaoh’s Curse” focus purely on logic puzzles and mystery, with no jumpscares. “The Forgotten Asylum,” however, is designed to be spooky and features atmospheric lighting and sound effects, making it suitable for older teens and adults. We always label our rooms clearly for subject matter.
what happens if we don’t escape in time?
If the 60 minutes expire before your team solves the final puzzle, your Game Master will immediately step in. They will guide you through the remaining clues, reveal the full story resolution, and answer any questions you have. We guarantee a satisfying conclusion, even if you don’t escape!
do we need to book in advance?
Yes, advance booking is strongly recommended! Our rooms often sell out, especially on weekends. You can secure your time slot by booking directly through our website. Walk-ins are possible but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
how we need to book in advance?
| You can book easily by navigating to the Demos or Escape Rooms Booking section of our website. Select your desired game, choose the date and time, and complete your purchase using a credit card or other accepted payment methods. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details shortly after. |
is it suitable for kids?
Our rooms are generally designed for players aged 12 and up, as the puzzles require logical thinking and problem-solving. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For younger groups, we suggest trying our less intense online demos first.
what should we wear?
| We advise wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. There is no strenuous physical activity involved, but you may be required to bend down or move quickly. High heels or restrictive clothing are discouraged for your comfort. |
